TSA Security Awareness Training Swamped by Printout Problems
January 14, 2005 - The past week has featured countless reports from NAFI members unable to print completion certificates for the security awareness training mandated by Transportation Security Administration. The Association suggests several routes of action for folks encountering problems of this nature.

First, make a logbook entry stating the date and time of course completion.

Try right-clicking on the “print” box. Member Bob Barton reports that this will generate a pull-down menu and lead to satisfactory printout.

Member Barbara Goodwin called TSA at 571.227.1177. She spoke with Paul Francis about not being able to print the TSA certificate, and Mr Francis faxed a completion certificate with her name printed on it. A more general number for TSA is 703.542.1222.
