“NAFI is excited about this growth,” said Executive Director, Jason Blair. “The continued benefits and increased content that NAFI has developed in the recent expansion of its flagship publication, Mentor, are things that we hope members and prospective members are noticing and appreciating as NAFI continues to provide services to its members” he continued.

NAFI has seen two major growth periods after its initial inception. NAFIs last major growth spurt came when it affiliated with EAA in 1995.

“NAFI very appreciative of the foundation that EAA helped NAFI build,” said NAFI Board Chairman Ken Hoffman. “Now, as a truly independent organization, we are enjoying a new energy as we focus on the many challenges facing flight training. We’re working to improve member value and aggressively grow out organization to embrace all teachers of flight. Critical to our growth is the support of our advertisers and the persons and organizations who realize that the professional teachers of flight are a critical link in the stability and growth for all of aviation.”
