Digital Version of Mentor Now Available to NAFI Members

NAFI HEADQUARTERS, ALLEGAN, MICH.  (October 20, 2011) – The National Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI) today announced that members are now able to view the monthly NAFI publication Mentor online.  The digital version of Mentor is a full version of the print publication that members receive monthly.

"NAFI continues to work to deliver products and services to members through new technologies," said Executive Director Jason Blair.  "The availability of this digital version doesn't mean that we are not going to continue providing the print copy to members, just that members will have another way to view their publication, Mentor, from this time forward." he continued.

Members can access the digital version of Mentor by logging into the NAFI Member's-only section of the NAFI website and viewing the publications archive.

The National Association of Flight Instructors’ members work at flight schools, universities, FBO’s, corporate flight departments, in the military, and as independent instructors. NAFI was founded in 1967 and its members, who now teach in 17 countries, are dedicated to raising and maintaining the professionalism of flight instruction.

NAFI members influence active pilots daily; pilots training to advance their skills with new ratings or certificates and students working to become pilots. NAFI staff also works with industry and government and serves as a voice for flight instruction. NAFI shapes the direction of flight training.
