NAFI IMC Club Meeting Tonight!
KALAMAZOO, MI.  (March 19, 2013) Tonight the National Association of Flight Instructors will be hosting our monthly IMC Club Chapter meeting at NAFI headquarters at the East Campus of the Kalamazoo Airzoo at 6 p.m. Eastern Time. The meeting is free for the public and is a great opportunity to meet fellow aviators at many different experience levels.

Meetings last between an hour and a half and consist of an instrument scenario where participants have the opportunity to discuss their thoughts regarding what to do in the event this happens to them. These round table discussions are main focus of the meetings, and are a great opportunity to learn safe practices and problem solving skills.

With NAFI's location, fly-in's to the AirZoo (KAZO) are welcome; please call our office number below to set up free ramp space.

If you have any questions, NAFI's Program Coordinator John Niehaus is our IMC Club Chapter Leader, please contact him [email protected] for more information.

The National Association of Flight Instructors’ members work at flight schools, universities, FBO’s, corporate flight departments, in the military and as independent instructors. NAFI was founded in 1967 and its members, who now teach in 17 countries, are dedicated to raising and maintaining the professionalism of flight instruction.

NAFI members influence active pilots daily; pilots training to advance their skills with new ratings or certificates and students working to become pilots. NAFI staff also works with industry and government and serves as a voice for flight instruction. NAFI shapes the direction of flight training.
